And all this time I was a big fan of his just for the Mini he drove from the roof! I won't try to sell anyone on this choice of bench. In his third and final "anarchist" title following The Anarchist's Tool Chest and The Anarchist's Design Book, Schwarz builds a simple, economical workbench designed for flexibility and durability.
I was further impressed when I saw they were willing to freely give the PDF of The Anarchist's Workbench to anyone interested.

One of my design choices compared to the Anarchist's Workbench is to make the legs slightly thinner. I spread a little glue and got most of the slab glued up.
